For Windows 10 and Windows 7 systems, changing Chrome to run in Win7 Compadibility mode solved the problem. For the 2 windows 8.1 systems, the only way to start chrome is to kill the first listed process in task manager. WebI have had the same issue in the last 48hours (previously working perfectly fine). Using videostream on Windows 10. I can still cast via Chrome but like you clicking the chromecast button does nothing.
