If that doesn't get it working, make sure "joystick 1" is set. We haven't officially shipped controller support for pc yet so there are a few quirky things about it, but this should get it working. WebCS:GO is a game meant for kb+m and while you have the option to use a controller, only a die-hard fan in specific circumstances would ever bear with handicap that is using an analog stick to aim.
