Web5 de jan. de 2024 · It's not the redist, if that wasn't installed then LOOT wouldn't launch at all, and your crash is probably just because you're trying to do things that LOOT doesn't expect anyone would try to do if it can't detect any installed games (I don't see you saying anywhere what specifically you're doing to cause the crash).
